This year for Halloween we went to Megan's work to visit the old people and to Austins work :) Then we went to Lorie and Grants for trick or treating :) Mason was so cute trick or treating, he is not shy and would start walking into peoples houses. Everyone thought he was such a doll. As for Ollie everyone kept thinking she was a boy????? WHAT??? She is in a lady bug costume.. Really People? And Abby was cute as always. NO matter how many houses we go to its never enough for Abby. She loves trick or treating.

So this year we decided to celebrate our 8 year anniversary early esp because we will be to busy packing for Texas on the actual day :) Austin got me this beautiful anniversary band. He went to two different jewlery stores with me to make sure it was the right one... I just LOVE it. For his gift I got him 2 pairs of glasses :) I love being married to my best friend.

Mason's Birthday party was the cutest Toy Story theme party. He is at that age where he wants everything Toy Story. He got Woody for his birthday from Austin and I. A Woody costume from his Grandma and Grandpa Griffith. Also a water table and Toy Story toddler bed from his Grandma and Grandpa Fisher. His cusins Kohen and Kolby came. It was a great party but a lot of work.

For the 4th of July I made Abby and Ollie matching hair bows. We had a BBQ at Lorie and Grants house. Poor Mason as you can see by the photo was not to happy about the fire works... Esp the ones we lit off in the backyard. He cried the whole time because he was so scared. Then when the big ones came he covered his eyes. Over all it was a good time.

Abby's party was a Rainbow theme this year. She helped me bake the cake ( our favorite family tradition) We had her party at her Grandma Lorie's house. Lot's of people came: Uncle P, Aunt Megan, Kolby, Kohen, Crystal and Craig Fisher and there 3 cute daughters. Landon Bills and Aunt Karrie came. It was a great turn out. We did our very first Pinata! I can't believe my little girl is already 7. Where has the time gone?

Mason's first hair cut.

This hair cut took place in Feb, but I was to embarrassed to post it. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. I wanted a fohawk, not a mohawk. I thought we were on the same page but I guess not. Do you know what this means, daddy is no longer allowed to cut Macy's hair. I had a man come up to me at the store while I was shopping, Mason was screaming, the man said" do you know why he is acting like that?" before I had a chance to answer the old man he said :because you gave him a hair cut like that." I told him I didn't do it my husband did and he is screaming because he wants that toy. So I got to walk around for 3 month looking like a white trash mom. GO ME!

Easter 2011

This Easter we spent at my in-laws house. Mason had a lot of fun playing with his cousins kohen and Kolby. Lorie cooked a ham and made a big feast. This was Olivia's first Easter, she hung out in the saucer the whole time. Poor Abby wasn't feeling well, She laid upstairs in bed. When her sickness passed we took her to the park for all the fun she had missed. Cutest thing that happened that day, Lorie and I caught Mason eating off her plate while he thought no one was watching. He just walked over, sat in her chair and starting eating off her plate like nothing was wrong. His favorite word to say is ALICE. Make me feel good but he uses it to his advantage. He knows I will give in whenever he says it. He now meows like a kitty and says HI all the time.

Starting new family traditions

I found this great recipe and it's called The Night Before Christmas. I want to make it a family tradition that we make every year on Christmas eve. Then Christmas morning you pop it in the oven while everyone is opening gifts and by the time everyone is done breakfast is ready.

The Night Before Christmas

3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 24-oz bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 10.75-oz can cream of chicken soup
1 C. Diced ham
1 1/ C. sour cream
1 1/2 C. cheese, shredded
1 C. cornflakes, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

spray a 9x13 glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into bottom of pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, soup, ham, sour cream, and cheese. Pour over eggs in pan. Sprinkle cornflakes over potato mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Cover and refrigerate until morning. On Christmas morning, uncover and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until golden brown on top. Makes 8 servings.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!! The best 7 years of my life. I love being married to my best friend.

Wondering what we did for our anniversary? Austin surprised me with the Nikon camera I wanted on my Christmas Wish List. He had Mason bring it in to me while I was laying in bed taking a nap. When he let Mason into the room, I thought, oh great, here comes poopy pants. I could smell him a mile away. I noticed he had a box in his hand and thought nothing of it since he loves to play with boxes and around Christmas time we have millions of them. When I read that it said Nikon on it that's when I got curious since all of my camera equipment is Canon. So I told Mason, Come to Momma and he did with the box in hand. I got so excited I started to cry. Total Surprise. I have the BEST husband ever. He spoils me. Remember I am 37 weeks pregnant and totally over emotional. Plus I wanted the best camera to take photo's of Olivia when she arrives.

For him, I had to beg him to tell me something that he really wants, NOT needs and I would by it for him. So he found a watch that he loves and while he was at work I picked it up and dropped it off to him. Then we took our two munchkins to Sizzler with us and had a nice dinner with just the four of us. I know what you are thinking, that's not really romantic. Here's the thing. We celebrate our anniversary twice a year. The day we were married which is today we exchange gifts and the day we were sealed in the temple August 2, we go out for a romantic date. Dinner and a movie.

Every morning when Mason wakes up he throws his favorite pillow and blanket out of the crib, well to his surprise this morning I woke up before him and got him out of his crib so he didn't have a chance to to throw out his favorite stuff so he could used it threw out the day. So it's 10am and he is ready for a nap since our day starts at 7. All of a sudden I hear crying in his room, so I go running and there he is in his crib with his favorite blanket and pillow in hand trying to throw them out. He climbed into his crib all by him self to retrieve his stuff.

The last bibs I did were for 6 months and up. I need bibs ASAP. I loved this pattern I found and this fabric for practically nothing :) I wanted to try something new so I bought a pearl snap kit which was very frustrating the first 15 min trying to figure it out.

We saw Santa today at the South Town Mall. Abby who is not shy at all turned to me and said" I forgot what I was going to ask him for." So I named a couple of things for her to tell him that I knew for sure she was going to get. Mason was so good, just sat there calmly as always. Abby lost another tooth yesterday. So far including the tooth she just lost makes 8 teeth. She told me when I showed her the photo of her with Santa that she looks like the Easter bunny. She has her two front teeth but the ones on the side of them are both gone. I think she looks adorable. Afterwards I took the kids to Macy's to write Santa a letter and put it in the big red mail box they have.

I had a lot of fun making it however it was a bit time consuming un stitching the original car seat cover to make a pattern. Doing this project I learned how to do elastic and piping and a new easy way to sew on bias tape.

Getting ready for Christmas

I took the kids to Color Me Mine to make Christmas ornaments. I let Abby pick out whatever ornament she wanted and Mason I already new what I had in mind for him to do, a hand print. What could be cuter. I look forward to hanging these on my tree for years to come and remembering the fun time we had making them as a family.

I made a rip away chain to get Abby excited about counting down the days till Christmas. I did the date instead of how many days left that way it's less confusing for me and her. I also had to hang it high enough for Mason not to reach but low enough so she can :)

Making a gingerbread house with Abby :) My only tip is I used pins to hold the darn thing together. Makes it a lot easier and no waiting around for the frosting to harden like the direction say to do. Plus the little yellow balls at the end of the pins just look like candy :)

I was just checking out the GAP's website to see what kind of deals they have going on. I came across this amazing bag by Mia Bossi. Its a messenger bag and I was thinking I am about to have my third kid and I am a wonderful mother. Don't I deserve this bag? I have this thing where when I spend money on my self instead if my kids I feel horriblely guilty hence why I shop at Old Navy. Anyway so I was thinking wouldn't it be a great Idea if hospitals gave out these bags instead of the crappy sling over one shoulder free back pack from the 90's? They could just include it in the outrageous hospital bill. You know the one, where they charge you $15 for one pair of Latex gloves. A Mia Bossi bag for a mere $179.99 would be nothing.If I see you with this bag and I know you read my blog then we are now frienemies. IT'S ON.

Bag update. I am always looking for a deal. Sure it's not the Mia Bossi Bag of my dreams but it was cheap and will serve it's purpose . This is the bag I ended up going with. It's from Walmart and only Cost $20. Plus it comes with a changing pad just like most diaper bags do. I will have a girl and a boy under the age of 2 so I wanted something neutral and a must have for me are two pockets on the front or the side, that way I can shove bottles in there without having to dig threw the bag to find one.

I wanted to do something fun with Abby and since she is such a creative person I thought how about home made play dough. While looking up a recipe I found out that there is such thing as eatable play dough. Which to me sounds even better. Something to keep your kids busy and a snack all in one :) I did have Abby help me make it, but the food coloring part is very mess. I would suggest that the parents do that part alone. Also it might be fun to keep it a secret from your younger kids that it is eatable until they are done playing with it. My daughter who helped me make it was more interested in eating it then playing with it. She new it was made out of cake mix.

Recipe

1 box name brand white cake mix

1 stick soft but not melted margarine

+ - 3 tablespoons water

Mix cake mix and margarine in large bowl.

When it is well mixed add 1 teaspoon of water

Add food coloring

So yup, I am a bad mom. I got my daughter out of bed so I could take photos of the hair bows I just made. Not to worry, it wasn't to late, 9:25 pm. Plus she wasn't totally asleep. She was watching a movie. Abby, for the last month, has been begging me for new hair bows but she has a million of them and never puts them back where they go. I find them in her doll's hair, her backpack, in the car. I told her that if she starts putting them back where they go I will get her some new ones :) Bribing really does work. Lately I have been making things for Mason and the baby on the way but nothing really for Abby. So I decide she needs hair bows and I am feeling crafty. I made one large one and two small ones with the scrap material I had left over from making baby shoes. This is my first attempt at making them so in the future they should be better.

If you know me then you know how much I love a great deal. I bought a car seat off KSL for $15 which is a steal. If you are wanting to do the same here are some things you must do and know first. Car seats have expiration dates on them. Check the bottom on the back, they also have numbers to let you know the make and model. Make sure the car seat you are wanting to buy has not been recalled. If the stickers have been ripped off, another way to tell if it is old is by the style. Different years some times come out with different colors. Main color I would stay away from is NAVY BLUE, those tend to be the oldest. You should never buy a car seat older than 5 years. Also ask the seller if the car seat has ever been in an accident. Also be sure to take the whole car seat apart and wash it all.

This was my first time making a car seat cover and seat belt strap covers. They don't sell a pattern for this car seat so I found a great tutorial that teaches you how to make your own pattern: HERE

Growing up my mom used to make the best breakfast ever! She would make us German Pancakes and I LOVED them. We would all beg her to make them, but she would only make them on special occasions. I asked her for the Recipe a year ago and never got around to making it. BUT today was the day I felt adventurous enough to try. They are a Fisher Family tradition. My mom makes them in 4 skiltit pans that have the handles removed but I didn't have any, so I looked the Recipe up in my WORLD WIDE WARD cook book and they had a recipe in there for German pancakes were they used a baking dish. So that's what I did. How ever the recipe in that book is completly different and had way more ingredients . I made my mom's recipe but I added cinnamon because Abby loves cinnamon.

This Halloween we went trunk or treating with our new ward and our old ward. Abby was a BYU cheerleader, and all the U of U fans let her have it. It was kinda sad really, who tells a 5 year old they don't like their costume even in a joking way she doesn't get it. On top of it everyone asked her to do a cheer for her candy which she thought was unfair. It was Mason's first Halloween.

My mom made this cute cross stitch for me right before I was born. She made it in 1979. I had it professionally framed and stretched to preserve it for generations to come. I had fun picking out the frame and mat to coordinate with the baby's room. I just got it back from Joann's Fabric craft store and am so excited to hang it in Mason's (The baby in my belly) room, I just wanted to share it with all of you. My Mother is so great about holding on to precious things for her daughters to pass down, and there always in perfect condition. When Abby was born she had my baby blanket and a music box with a rocking horse on it. That blanket is Abby's favorite. It's nice to be able to share things that I loved with my children. I plan on doing the same thing my mother did for me, for them.

So for Abby's birthday we bought her a cup cake decorator kit, just for kids. It did say it was for 8 and older, So i did have to helper her. Making the cupcake part was easy. Add one tablespoon of water to the cupcake mix and microwave for 30 seconds. You only can make one cupcake at a time, which Sucks, and as you can tell I had a hard time making the frosting. The cup cake decorating machine is supposed to put the frosting on for you. I had such a hard time with it. I will probably a attempt this one more time with Abby and if it does not go smoothly, this thing is trash. She still ate it and had fun. If you have any kid friendly recipe, let me know! I would love to try them with Abby.

So for those who know me know I am in Love with Shabby Chic anything. My mother-in-law and I were at the D.I. browsing around looking for projects to do and we came across this amazing little mail box. We have always thought it would be such a cute idea to hang a mail box outside of Abby's room so we could leave her little notes. Plus we thought it would be fun for holidays such as Christmas ( a letter from Santa) Valentines day, even Easter to leave little letters. Sometimes she even gets cards from her Grandma Fisher. Plus once a month she gets the Friend Magazine in the mail, which she loves, and now I can put that in there. Anyway, we have been looking at this cute mail box from the Pottery Barn but didn't want to pay the price, So we were so excited when we found this one. So my mother in-law made me promise her that if she bought it for me that I would have to paint it. So of course I did. I painted it and decorated it all by my self, well almost. I did need the help of my husband to attach the knob. He had to drill a hole and cut the screw for the knob since it was to long. Well, I can't wait to show Abby in the morning.

More Burp Cloths For Mason!

Something I learned a little while ago, you can find FREE patterns online. Just Google the word FREE and the kind of pattern you are looking for. Some are kind of out dated so It might take like 15min sorting threw them all. This pattern I found online for free at: New Conceptions - Baby Burp Cloth

So I was at Wal-mart and I saw this cute fabric, so I had to get it. To make 4 burp cloths all you need is 1/2 yard of two coordinating fabrics. So total yardage 1 yard. The fabric all together cost about $2.94. Make sure to always wash you material before you get started, and ironing it I have learned is a must.

Another tip is always make sure your kids have something to do while you are crafting/sewing. I made it fun for Abby by giving her the scrap material so she could play with it by making barbie dresses. I also got out a bead kit for her so she could make a necklaces while I worked on this, that way we could still spend time together doing our crafts at the table!

I really wanted a rocking chair for my baby's room but didn't want to pay the full price to get one. So my mother and law and I went to the D.I. and found this chair for $15. with the ottoman. Next we went to a fabric store and picked out the fabric to match his bedding which was on sale for $8 for 4 yards. TOTAL COST OF CHAIR AND FABRIC, ONLY $23. How handy is that! It took one afternoon to sew it all together and cover the ottoman. It was fast and easy with the two of us working on it together. Plus we had the great company of my sister in law Megan and my daughter Abby which made the time fly by even faster.

Abby's First day of Kindergarten, Austin and I walked her to school, which was so cool because there's a little path way in the back of our house that leads right there. When the teachers aid told her it was time for school to start and took her by the hand to lead her away from Austins leg, she looked back at me and Austin terrified. I felt horrible. I asked Austin if we could leave so people wouldn't see me cry. My little girl is growing up so fast. So at the end of the day I walked back over to the school to pick her up with a little treat, and she had a great day. She is loving kindergarten and has made many new friends as I knew she would!

Making Freezer Jam for the First time!

So thanks to my friend Danielle I now know how to make Freezer Jam. It took us about 3 1/2 hours to make, how ever I think we made enough to last us each the next 6 months. We both ended up with 6 or 7 good size containers. We made 4 batches, It was really simple I couldn't believe it. I thought you had to cook jam and there is no cooking involved.

Here is the recipe which you can also find in side of the pectin box:

Prep Time:

30 min

Total Time:

24 hr 30 min

Makes:

About 7 (1-cup) containers or 112 servings,...

What You Need

3-1/4 cups prepared fruit (buy about 2 qt. fully ripe strawberries)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 box MCP Pectin

1 cup corn syrup

4-1/2 cups sugar, measured into separate bowl

Make It

RINSE clean plastic containers and lids with boiling water. Dry thoroughly.

CRUSH strawberries thoroughly, one layer at a time. Measure exactly 3-1/4 cups crushed strawberries into large bowl. Stir in lemon juice. Stir in pectin; let stand 30 min., stirring every 5 min. Stir in corn syrup. Gradually add sugar, stirring until well blended. Stir an additional 3 min. or until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)

FILL all containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Jam is now ready to use. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 1 year. Thaw in refrigerator before using.

Burp cloths and Blanket

My mother in law and I decided it would be fun to make Mason (baby on the way) burp cloths and a blanket. So we both got out our sewing machines and got to work. This is how they Turned out. I had a blast making them with her, she always keeps me laughing. To be honest, this was the first time for the both of us making them. She cut the pattern out while I sewed them together. We were laughing all night long as she tried to fix my sewing machine, while I used hers to sew the burp cloths. It was my first and only sewing machine, the one I learned and practiced on so all the setting were really screwed up. The tension was to tight. Shabby Chic Apron

So this is the Apron I just finished to day making for Abby so she can help me bake in the kitchen. I want her to be able to make meals for her family and have it be effortless for her. Growing up my mother did not cook very often. Don't feel to bad, we ate out at pretty amazing restaurants all the time and the pizza men knew us on a first name basis. Plus I am sure most moms are not that great at making sushi, which happens to be one of my favorite things. So I am having to learn almost everything on my own. I will say how ever my mother is very crafty, and past that down to me. I love doing crafts and trying new things. I always have new projects going on.

So Austin for my birthday got me tickets to go and see my favorite morning show, GOOD THINGS UTAH. He was sweet enough to attend with me as well and was the only guy in the audience. What a Good husband. We had such a great time. My favorite ladies on the show are the two blonds.Here is a pic of me chatting with the gals.

Best camping spot ever, Jordanelle. You should check it out. Nice bathrooms, a lake for water sports, beautiful view no matter where you go. It was amazing. We did have to leave early because it didn't stop raining but it is by far our favorite camping spot. We hope to return next year with baby Mason.

Antelope Island Review.

Last weekend we went camping at Antelope Island. And yes, Those are rain clouds. The rumors are true, their are way to many bugs their so apply lots of bug repellent. Over all the view was beautiful, and the bathrooms were not that bad. The wind and the rain just added to the experience of ruffing it. LOL How ever being pregnant and camping I learned I need to invest in a really good blow up mattress pad. I bought a cheap $5.99 foam pad from Walmart. Big Mistake. My hip was hurting all night.

Megans Baby Shower

My mother In Law and I put on a beautiful baby shower last Saturday for Megan my very pregnant sister in law who is expecting her first child in April. She is expecting a boy who she will name Kolby Darren Griffith.... How cute is that. The Middle name Darren is after my husband Austin because that is his middle name too. We are all so excited to have another member of the Griffith family. Megan's shower was a hit, all of her friends and family showed up. Their was lots of food and gifts. We were lucky to have Lorie's three sisters come, Tammie, Joann, Charleen. My gift to Megan was the Diaper Cake I made and putting on the party. Aunt Tammie's gift as always was the highlight of the party. Her gift was the clothes line gift with 20 outfits attached.

We just had Pictures take of Abby on Feb, 5. We had to get professional ones with her very first tooth missing. They turned out really cute. Abby is such a girly girl , at one point during the photo session she got mad at the photographer and told her " I am NOT going to pose like that, only boys do that". The photographer asked her to get down on one knee and put her elbow on her knee and rest her chin on her hand. I thought it was a pretty 90's pose anyway so I told the photographer to just skip it.

So I gave my first talk ever in church on Saturday for stake conference, the adult session. Austin and I assumed that the adult session was after church on Sunday, but boy were we wrong. So Saturday night I just got home from work and plopped down on the bed next to Austin as he is watching TV. Austin turns to me and says" hey, why don't you call Tara and find out what time we have to be at church tomorrow to give our talk". and I said " NO, I don't want to have to get up to find the phone." Austin Reaches over to his night stand on his side of the bed and picks up the phone and hands it to me. So I called Tara and asked her what time tomorrow do we have to be at the adult session tomorrow so we can give our talks, and she said" The Adult session is RIGHT NOW and starts in 2 min. I couldn't believe it. I asked her if the bishop was their and she said yes and handed him the phone, I handed the phone straight to Austin. In stead of getting upset and crying, I started laughing really hard, only something like that could happen to us. We call that the Griffith Luck. We made the commitment to give a talk so we had to do it. So we threw on our clothes while Abby got her self ready and all ran out to the car. On the back of a piece of paper that Abby had drawn a picture on I wrote 3 words which represent 3 things I wanted to talk about. We ran in their and gave Abby to Tara and Zack so they could watch her while we gave our talks. I was so scared, the first talk I ever gave and I was totally unprepared, with only three words written down but I knew I just had to go up their and do it. So for all of you that went, now you know why we were so late.

Peanut butter Balls.

This is the most Amazing recipe, I made this for my family and it was such a hit. It is so easy. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Melt peanut butter and butter in saucepan, over low heat. In large bowl, mix crispy rice cereal and confectioners' sugar well. Pour melted peanut butter and butter over cereal and sugar and blend together thoroughly.
Form into 1 inch or smaller balls, spread on cookie sheets, chill till firm in refrigerator (over night is okay).
Melt chocolate in double boiler and keep melted while working with balls. A teaspoon is best to use in dipping the balls in chocolate. Dip good and place on cookie sheet. As you dip them place them back on cookie sheet and keep chilled till firm.

Abigail just lost her first tooth on Jan 19, 2009. She was so excited for the tooth fairy to come she asked if she could go to bed early. We have a special little box that is just for the tooth fairy that we put her tooth in. When she woke up she was so excited she got a Dollar. I had to explain to her that is not a dollar, its a five dollar bill. It's like having 5 one dollar bills. Anyway, she didn't really understand the difference so next time the tooth fairy stops by she is only getting a dollar. She looks so cute with her little tooth missing. I can't believe she is only 4 and already losing her teeth. Man time flies.

I am so excited it is 2009, Just thinking about all the different possibility that could happen in 2009. Here are the things that have been running through my mind. Maybe this will be the year I finally get pregnant, or get my braces off. Speaking of braces, I have had mine on since Sept, 08. It's not as bad as the first time I had them when i was in high school since I have clear braces on the top and metal on the bottom. People keep asking me why did I have to get them again. Well folks, my wisdom teeth were coming in and I could not get them pulled since I was pregnant. The top were not that bad but the bottom were getting a little out of hand. I totally changed the topic from the new year to braces but oh well. This pic is of me with my clear braces!

Hawaii Aug 3, 2008

This is about 5 months over due but I really wanted to share my Hawaii pics. It was Austin's and my first time there and we had a blast. We stayed at the Hilton on Waikiki beach. We went on a submarine ride, para sailing, snorkeling. I would have to say the best time we had was snorkeling. If you have never been snorkeling in Hawaii you are truly missing out. The trip however didn't start off very well, the airlines lost our luggage, what a nightmare that was. We have the worst luck when it comes to flying. By the end of the trip we truly felt like newly weds all over again even thought we have been married 5 years. It was nice to go on a trip and have it be just the two of us.We visited the
Polynesian cultural center, very fascinating.

Christmas in Tulsa, Oklahoma

So this Christmas we went to Tulsa, Oklahoma to be with my family. My beautiful sister Gina lives their with her husband and her triplets, Sam, Frank and Harry. The flight took forever since we had a layover in Ohio. But now Austin and I can say we have been to Hawaii, California, Ohio, Nevada, and Oklahoma together!We stayed at the Marriot hotel which was nice. Room service is always a PLUS. Abby for Christmas got a twin bed, a play kitchen and lots and lots of clothes from her Aunt Gina and Jenny. The best part about our trip was spending time with our family and the worst part would be, the flight we had to go home was canceled. We stayed in a ghetto hotel called The Raddison. This hotel had no elervator and we were on the second floor. We had to lug all our bags up the stairs with help from the driver who was very upset when we tipped him a dollar. Hahaha. That's all we had on us since we always use our credit cards and had just got done eating at T.G.I. Fridays. at the Airport. Anyway, Over all our Christmas was amazing as always, and I feel very blessed to be able to spend time with my family.Pic of me and Abby is on Christmas eve, getting ready to attend church.

We just had our 5 year anniversary on Dec 22, 08. Austin Surprised me with flowers and took me to my favorite restaurant, after we went and saw a movie. For his Anniversary gift I made him a DVD slide show of the pic from our temple sealing, which we watched and enjoyed with our daughter Abby.I can't believe it has already been 5 years. Time fly's by when your having fun.

We are Austin and Alice Griffith. we have been married for 5 years and enjoying every minute of it. There is not one day that goes by where we don't make each other laugh. We have a beautiful little girl named Abigail, she gets her stunning dimples from her daddy and her outgoing, fun personality from her mom.(ME) We are hoping in the near future of expanding our family. Our favorite things to do are watch movies, go for bike rides, play with Abby and go camping. We have a calling in our church, we are Sunday school teachers and teach the three year old's. Its a lot of work but worth it. We just bought our first home in Aug '07 and moved in right when it was done being built.The most recent event that took place in our lives is our temple sealing. It took place on August 2, 2008. Now as a family we will be together for time and all eternity, what more could a family ask for. We are hoping in the near future of expanding their family.
